1. Minimum Order: The Restored Roots wholesale option requires a minimum order of $250 to be eligible for wholesale pricing.
2. Wholesale Pricing: All wholesale orders are entitled to a 15% discount off the regular retail prices.
3. Processing Period: Please note that all orders require a processing period of 1-3 weeks. This timeframe allows us to ensure that each product is crafted with the utmost care and attention to quality.
4. Shipping Costs: If shipping is required for your wholesale order, a separate invoice for shipping costs will be provided. The shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order.
5. Payment: Payment for all wholesale orders must be made in full before the order can be processed and shipped. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards and checks. Details for payment will be provided in your invoice.
6. Returns and Exchanges: Restored Roots does not accept returns or exchanges for wholesale orders, except in the case of damaged or defective products. If you receive damaged or defective items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing detailed information and supporting evidence. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
7. Cancellations: Cancellations for wholesale orders can only be made within 48 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted.
8. Availability: Restored Roots will make every effort to fulfill your wholesale order to the best of our ability. However, product availability may vary, and we reserve the right to substitute items or adjust quantities as necessary. We will notify you promptly of any changes to your order.
9. Confidentiality: As a wholesale customer, you agree to treat all pricing, product information, and business-related communication with Restored Roots as confidential. Sharing this information with third parties is strictly prohibited.
10. Labeling: Restored Roots strictly prohibits the relabeling of any products purchased through our wholesale option. This includes removing or altering the original labels, branding, or packaging of our products.
By placing a wholesale order with Restored Roots, you agree to respect and adhere to this policy. Relabeling of products is a violation of our terms and can result in the termination of your wholesale account.
